What's included:
We will provide everything you need to make a 60x70cm fully lined prototype roman blind. This is perfect for learning the process and keeping as a teaching aid when you come to make blinds to perfectly fit your windows at home.
Refreshments throughout the day and a homemade lunch
This workshop is perfect for those who would like to learn how to make their own simple and professional looking Roman Blinds.
You will learn:
How to measure and cut your fabric
How to add a lining
How to position the rods
How to hem your fabric neatly
How to string and fit your blind
What you'll make:
Due to workspace and time constraints, we will make a small fully lined small sample Roman Blind up to a maximum of 60 x 70 cm.
You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine, or use one of ours.
