Spring into Summer and discover how to make an adorable realistic ’Strawberry Mouse’ with the expert guidance of Cecily Kate, from Art Felt Fibres. Ideal for all abilities.
Cecily Kate will guide you through basic and intermediate felting skills, including how to use the needles, blend colours, sculpt and refine form.
During this workshop you will learn:
How to form the core mouse shape - a great skill for needle felting other small creatures
How to wrap simple wire for your mouses's arms, feet and tail
How to use a template to keep your mouse in proportion.
How to needle felt layers of authentically coloured wool so you can breathe life into your mouse
How to tightly wrap wool to easily create a strawberry

You take home your adorable needle felted Mouse & Strawberry plus the printed template so you can scale it down to make a perfectly proportioned mouse family, if you wish!
