As always, we’ll begin the session with freshly baked custard tarts and hot refreshments to get you in the holiday spirit. Then, you’ll dive into creating your own delicious mincemeat from scratch before learning the secret to our foolproof cream cheese pastry.
You’ll make two irresistible toppings, a rich almond & vanilla frangipane and a fragrant orange and cinnamon crumble, before bringing everything together to bake your beautiful mince pies.
By the end of the class, you’ll take home:
A box of full-sized mince pies
A dozen mini mince pies (perfect for gifting, parties, or freezing)
A jar of your homemade mincemeat
