CRÊPE PAPER HELLEBORES - THE OAST STUDIO, EAST SUSSEX

Hellebores are beautiful flowers, celebrated for their delicate patterns and intricate details, and they are the inspiration for this crêpe paper class.

You'll create lifelike Hellebore blooms using dyed, high-quality crêpe paper while learning a range of stamen techniques to build detailed flower centres. We'll also decorate petals with paint, markers and pastels to achieve depth and character. To complete your stem, you'll add buds and leaves for a beautifully finished botanical piece.
This class is best suited to nimble fingers, and while not essential, prior experience with one of Nicoline's crepe paper classes will be helpful.
All materials are included, and Alison from The Oast Bakery will keep you going with teas, coffees and freshly baked treats. Plus, you'll take a selection of paper, glue and wire to continue creating more flowers at home.
Be aware, crêpe paper flower making is highly addictive, wonderfully relaxing and enormously satisfying when you see your flowers evolve! The flowers you create aren't botanically perfect copies but nature-inspired pieces with a sprinkle of artistry and creativity.
