You've always wanted to draw but never felt confident enough to try. You love plants and the natural world and would like to capture them on paper. You enjoy a focused, unhurried creative process with expert guidance throughout.
WHAT YOU'LL MAKE
A finished botanical study in coloured pencil, drawn from seasonal plants. Accurate, detailed and entirely your own - ready to frame and keep, or give as a gift.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
How to layer and blend coloured pencil to recreate natural colours accurately. How to mix colours to match your subject. When and how to use embossing techniques. How to create realistic texture and fine detail. Amber will demonstrate throughout the day and provide step by step guidance and one-to-one support so you can work entirely at your own pace.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
All materials needed for the class, a delicious two-course lunch, refreshments and home-baked treats throughout the day.
