NEEDLE FELTED WREN WORKSHOP WITH CECILY KATE At The Oast Studio, Hartfield, East Sussex Discover the meditative craft of needle felting as you bring one of Britain's most beloved birds to life. In this relaxed, hands-on session, Cecily Kate will guide you step by step in creating a charming wren — no experience needed, and everyone welcome. THE DETAILS: Duration: 4.5 hours Suitable for: All Class size: 7 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: Wrapping and shaping core wool forms, building subtle layers of coloured wool to create the wren's distinctive feather markings, needle felting fine details like the glint in the eye using only wool, sculpting a delicate beak, and wrapping tiny legs. You'll leave with your own beautiful needle felted wren. WHAT'S INCLUDED: All materials and equipment, teas and coffees, freshly baked treats, and a delicious two-course lunch — all provided by Alison from The Oast Bakery. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
