Service Description
SPRING FLOWERS - OAST STUDIO, EAST SUSSEX With: Nicoline Falmer Nielsen Bring Spring to your house this year and join us in making a a gorgeous bunch of Crêpe Paper Flowers in a terracotta pot. Duration: 4.5hrs Suitable for: All Class size: 10 During this 4 hour workshop we will create your very own terracotta pot with a mix of crocus', snowdrops and daffodils. We will start by making crocus' and build up to the snowdrop and daffodils. You can also choose to just make your flowers on stems to use in a vase instead of the pot. You will work to create flowers inspired by the natural world, but not aim to produce exact copies, allowing for some creative freedom. We work in plain and pre-hand-dyed crepe paper, with glue and wire, using pens and pastels to add accents and detail to the flowers. All materials are included, plus teas coffees and freshly baked Oast Bakery cakes. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skills to create more flowers with the extra paper and materials you can take home. This workshop is suitable for both beginners those who have already tried making crepe paper flowers and want to improve their skills. Accessibility: Please note that most courses are held upstairs. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
