This playful, welcoming workshop is the perfect introduction. You'll explore a variety of felting techniques—colour blending, wet felting, needle felting, and sculpting fibres into form—all in a relaxed, hands-on setting. Guided step-by-step by an experienced tutor, you'll learn everything you need to kickstart your felting journey while creating your very own adorable Sleeping Mouse in a Woolly Vessel to take home. You’ll also receive all the materials to make a second one at home, so you can continue practicing your new skills. These techniques can be applied to a whole range of future projects—from charming animals to abstract artworks and more. This workshop is all about creativity, experimentation, and discovering the joy of working with wool, no matter your experience level. Accessibility: Please note that most courses are held upstairs. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
