Service Description
Discover how to make an adorable, realistic mouse and colourful felted acorns under the gentle guidance of Cecily Kate. You'll be guided through both basic and intermediate needle felting skills - learning how to use the needles, blend colours, sculpt and refine form to bring your little mouse to life. DETAILS: With: Cecily Kate Duration: 7hrs Suitable for: All levels Class size: 6 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: How to form the core mouse shape - a brilliant foundation for felting other small creatures; how to wrap wire for your mouse's arms, feet and tail; how to use a template to keep your mouse perfectly in proportion; how to needle felt layers of authentically coloured wool to breathe life into your mouse; and how to wet felt acorns. WHAT TO BRING: All materials are provided. Alison, from The Oast Bakery, will keep you going with teas, coffees, freshly baked cakes and a delicious homemade lunch throughout the day. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
