With Annabelle Davis Duration: 4hrs Suitable for: Beginners & improvers Class size: 8 What's included: A large selection of fabric remnants All other materials needed Teas, coffee and delicious treats from The Oast Bakery Join us for a morning of sewing and learn how to make a fabulous large, fully lined Tote Bag. If you would like to bring you own fabric, you will need half a metre each of main fabric (a medium weight cotton or linen) and lining fabric (a light weight cotton). All other materials are provided. During this workshop you will learn: How to set up your sewing machine How to understand the different qualities of fabric How to sew and finish seams neatly How to insert a lining and a pocket How to add handles securely You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine, or use one of ours. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
