MAKE A TOTE BAG With Annabelle Davis At The Oast Studio, Hartfield, East Sussex Spend an unhurried morning with us learning to sew a beautiful, fully lined tote bag you'll reach for again and again. Whether you're new to sewing or building on what you already know, Annabelle will guide you gently through every step, and you'll leave with a finished bag you're genuinely pleased with and the confidence to take on your next project. We provide everything you need, and Alison from The Oast Bakery will keep you going with teas, coffees and freshly baked treats throughout the morning. DETAILS: Duration: 4 hrs Suitable for: All Class size: 8 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: Setting up and using a sewing machine, choosing fabrics and understanding how they behave, finishing seams neatly, adding pockets, installing a smooth lining, and attaching handles built to last. WHAT TO BRING: If you'd like to personalise your tote, do bring half a metre each of a main fabric (medium-weight cotton or linen) and a lining fabric (lightweight cotton). Otherwise, simply come as you are -we'll have everything else ready for you. WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY: "Had the most amazing morning at The Oast Studio making a tote bag! Cancellation Policy
If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
