Service Description
With: Cecily Kate Time: 9:30am - 1:30pm Suitable for: Beginners & Improvers Class Size: 6-8 What's included: ~ All materials provided to felt at least 2 organic soaps ~ 100% wool felting mat and needles ~ Shetland and Corriedale wool colours and all other materials needed ~ Teas, coffees and delicious freshly baked Oast Bakery cakes These Art Soaps make beautiful eco-friendly Christmas gifts and stocking fillers - an easy project to replicate with children at home - perfect for beginners and intermediate skills. During the four hour workshop Cecily Kate will teach you valuable felting skills that transfer over to making your own felted landscapes and wet felted vessels. An Art Soap can actually be used as it is gently exfoliating and 100% biodegradable - like a loofah and miniature painting in one! They fill the room with divine natural fragrance allowing them to simply be used decoratively as a miniature painting on a mantle, a guest bedside table or inside a chest of drawers to lift the spirit of your lingerie! Cecily Kate hand makes the soaps so you can select which scent you like on the day. They are made with organic ingredients and free from palm oil, SLS and parabens with delicious blends of organic essential oils . Having learned the felting steps you can easily make more at home. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
