With: Hannah Dyesmith Time: 9:30 - 1:30pm Class size: 7 Suitable For: All What's included: - All materials to create your own beaded holly and mistletoe decorations, ready to hang on your tree - A printed pattern to take home, so you can make more decorations afterwards - Teas, coffees and festive treats from The Oast Bakery We are delighted to welcome Hannah to our team to host this class in French Beading. Get into the Christmas spirit and make your own sparkling heirloom decorations! In this festive and relaxed 4-hour workshop, you’ll learn the traditional craft of French Beading to make two timeless designs: holly and mistletoe. Using wire and glass seed beads, you’ll be guided step by step to create beautiful decorations you can treasure for years to come. You’ll also discover how to use a bead spinner - a clever tool that makes threading beads quick and easy, while adding a soothing rhythm to your making. (Be warned, they’re highly addictive!) By the end of the class, you’ll take home two handmade pieces for your tree, plus the know-how and a printed pattern to keep creating more if you get hooked. This workshop is open to all levels, with no previous experience required. Beading is a calm, mindful craft, and these festive projects are the perfect way to begin. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place. Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
