If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place.
Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
"Fabulous class creating a felt robin. Beautiful location in old oast house. Excellent, friendly tuition - I was a complete beginner to felting and managed to bring home a gorgeous fluffy robin. There were 2 other classes taking place - beginners sewing and paper craft mistletoe, both of which looked great too. And to top it all delicious cakes and coffee to keep us going! Highly recommend and I am planning to return".
