We are delighted to bring you our first ever cooking class at The Oast, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to make our popular Oast Bakery Mince Pies with two delicious toppings.
This is a hand's on class, where you will work in pairs to make your own mince meat and pastry and then bring them together to make some mince pies.
What you will learn:
How to make a delicious vegetarian mincemeat.
How to make a fool proof and easy to roll cream cheese pastry.
How to make Frangipane and Cinnamon & Orange Crumble toppings.
Each participant will take home:
A jar of your own mincemeat to make more mincepies at home.
A box of 12 mini pies.
A box of 6 large mince pies.
