Join us for this Easter workshop to make an adorable needle felted chick with the expert guidance of Cecily Kate who will teach you how to wrap wire feet, build up the core body and bring your chick to life with twinkly eyes and a beak. Cecily Kate will also guide you how to blend lovely shades of downy yellow wool. These chicks can be easily duplicated and made without legs.
Suitable for all skill levels, even if you are a complete beginner.

During this workshop you will learn…
• How to shape the core wool body form.
• How to sculpt the wool into the distinctive chick shape and how to blend subtle shades of downy yellow wool to bring life to the chick
• How to create realistic eyes that have a glint of light in them using only wool and your needle (no glass eyes).
• How to observe images of various chicks and then capture the essence of these heart warming fluffy baby birds that have come to symbolise new beginnings, Springtime and Easter
