A macramé plant hanger looks great with or without a plant! You could hang it by the sink and keep your dish cloth in it, or have a hanging fruit bowl? You choose!

Once you've learned the basic knots, you will want to make macramé gifts for the whole family!

There is nothing better than spending a morning with others, enjoying a drink and a freshly baked treat and learning a new skill while making something beautiful for your home or as a gift.

Alison from The Oast Bakery will be serving up warm custard tarts while we learn the basic knots used to make a straight and twisted strands. 

From here we will create a 4 strand plant hanger adding beads as decoration.

All materials are provided.

If you’re unable to attend for any reason, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just let us know who will be attending in your place.

Alternatively, once the course is fully booked, we can attempt to resell your spot through our database and social media. If we are successful, we can either issue a refund (minus a 10% administration fee) or offer you a place on an alternative course, subject to availability.
