Discover how to make this absolutely darling mouse pup napping in a felted woolly vessel under the expert guidance of Cecily Kate, from Art Felt Fibres. Cecily Kate will guide you through basic and intermediate felting skills, including how to use the needles, blend colours, sculpt and refine form as well as wet felting the tail and the woolly vessel. During this workshop you will learn: How to form the core mouse shape - a great skill for needle felting other small creatures How to tightly wrap wool for the head How to wet felt around a small resist for the nest and also wet felt a tail How to needle felt all the elements together so you can gently breathe life into your snoozing mouse, matching its heart beat up to 632 times a minute! What’s Included: All materials, wool, needles, needle tool and 100% wool pad plus ball and materials for wet felting provided.
